We are always looking for highly motivated researchers to join our team as:

PhD student: You will be enrolled as a PhD student at Max Planck for Informatics and Saarland Informatics Campus. Duration is typically 4 years.

Visiting PhD student: You should be enrolled in a PhD program already. Duration is typically 6 months.

Internship: You should be in your final year of undergrad studies or enrolled as a master student. Duration is typically 6 months.

In our research lab you will have the opportunity to work on cutting edge research at the intersection of computer vision, graphics and machine learning. Our research typically focuses on:

Generative models for computer vision (typically through inverse rendering)
Deep learning of generative models of objects (3DMMs, GANs, Nerfs)
Integrating discriminative and generative models for computer vision
Advanced benchmarking of computer vision methods

How to apply
